Order Processing
Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday) of payment confirmation. A dispatch confirmation with your tracking details will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your order ships. Orders submitted on Sundays or public holidays enter processing on the next available business day.

Duties & Taxes Paid — What You See Is What You Pay
Every order ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are settled before your order leaves our facility. There are no surprise charges on delivery — ever.
Shipment Tracking
A tracking number and carrier link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can monitor your delivery status in real time from the moment your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Enquiries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team directly. We will investigate promptly and arrange a resolution — whether that is a replacement, reroute, or full refund.
