PH5 Spun Tiered Three Shade Metal Pendant LIGHT green offers a bolder take on a design better known in metallic finishes. The structure is unchanged: three spun-metal shades in a tiered profile, arranged so light falls below and spreads across the room without striking the eye directly. Controlling that glare was the purpose when Poul Henningsen drew the lamp in 1958.

Henningsen set out to soften the harshness of the incandescent light bulb, and his solution has outlived the technology it was built around. The green version keeps the white fabric cord and 12-foot drop, is hardwired with mounting plate included, and calls for professional installation. It is dimmer compatible, fits sloped ceilings, and runs a single type A21 bulb at a 22 watt maximum.
